  • Loan Amount & Capital Availability – What’s your minimum and maximum loan size? How much capital do you want deployed at any given time?


  • Loan Term Preferences – Do you prefer short-term (6-12 months) for fix-and-flips, or are you open to longer terms (3-5 years) for buy-and-hold deals?


  • Collateral & Loan Position – Are you comfortable lending in first position only, or do you consider second position or gap funding?


  • Property Type – Are you lending on single-family homes, multifamily, land, or commercial properties?


  • Geographic Focus – Do you lend locally, or are you open to lending in multiple states?
